My order arrived damaged, with the tops broken off of the products. There wasn’t any padding or foam in the envelope that it arrived in. I love the product but this is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer for several years now. I guess, customers aren’t valued anymore. They did not take care of me like I take care of them by being a returning, loyal customer. I’m afraid the product had been tampered with so I have to get rid of it. I’m livid!
I use these products on my daughter’s hair. It moisturizes very well.
I am 43 years old and noticed that I was experiencing more hair loss than usual. I started using the hair oil and eventually purchased the hair lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. After several weeks of use, I have definitely seen a decrease in hair shedding. The texture of my curls feels more moisturized and full of life. I love this product line, and it smells amazing.
If I had one complaint, it would be that this line is missing a leave-in conditioner for mixed-texture hair to use in combination with the hair lotion. To avoid crunchy curls, I currently combine the products with a little gel If the gel, hair lotion, and a leave-in conditioner from Eden BodyWorks. However, I would love to see a leave-in conditioner added to this line for additional organic strengthening benefits.
I will continue to buy and use these products.
They sent me the wrong order . Now I’m having to keep sending pictures and a copy of the shipping info which I did. It took over 2 weeks to get as it is, now I paid d for 3 month supply and only got one! I will never order from these people again. That’s the reason I don’t support black businesses because they ant get nothing right, just horrible
With all the great reviews I have read. I am hopeful and so far I’m loving the smell and I don’t think it’s been long enough for me to say how it work. But I do feel like areas I need my hair to grow, it has started working already. Far as feeling good on my scalp it very nice.
