Thank you for choosing to subscribe to Blaq Luxury Hair Products. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. By subscribing to our auto-delivery service, you agree to the following terms:

**1. Subscription Authorization**

By subscribing, you authorize Blaq Luxury Hair Products to automatically debit your selected payment method every 60 days for the delivery of products based on your request. Please note that hair vitamins, due to their nature as a one-month supply, will be automatically delivered every 30 days.

**2. Confirmation of Agreement**

By completing the subscription process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Subscription Policy. You have also acknowledged that this policy is displayed visibly at the footer of the checkout page. Any request for a chargeback will include this policy as evidence of your authorization.

**3. Modification and Cancellation**

You have the right to cancel, modify, or pause your subscription at any time independently. However, due to operational requirements, should you need the company’s assistance in doing so, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled debit date for the company to process your request.

4. *Failure to Notify**

If you do not provide the required notice, your current order will be processed, but any future orders will be cancelled.
