The first oil that I bought is totally different from my second purchase the first one smelled like menth wasn’t sticky at all I loved it .i ended up buying a few bottle that was on sale it was nothing compare to the first one I purchased not the same oil will not buy again .even my husband say it’s not the same oil. Stop scammin people when your products r on sale..
Loving the results with the shampoo/conditioner and serum. Was received well packaged, and would definitely buy again!

Then when I asked for the refund she offered I was only sent $20 when my order total minus shipping was $24 w shipping it was 31.99. Im not sure why I wasn’t refunded in total for the amount I was charged. Normally i wouldn’t even post a comment because it’s just $4 but the seller was unhelpful from the beginning so I want every cent back because I didn’t receive any products. Do not order from her if you have spotty mail delivery because she won’t help rectify the situation. I have included screenshots and a picture of my old shampoo bottle to show that I have indeed used this product and I’m not trying to scam or getting anything free. I truly just wanted the products but due to my poor experience I won’t be purchasing from her anymore. Also this order was placed in June I had to reach out and let her know that I didn’t receive my products she made no effort to be proactive for her customers. Great product but poor customer service.
Shipper refused to reissue products after incorrect mail delivery. I have an open case with USPS regarding missing mail and I contacted the shipper to notify them that they just had to take the same box to USPS and they would ship it to me for free since the label had already been created. This is because there was mail delivery issue in the area which has now been corrected. The shipper refused to do so without additional payment for a new label when I was instructed by USPS to not purchase a new label.
