Good Product Not Good For Me

I have used the styling lotion on my hair while it's wet and while it's dry. I have used it directly as the directions state to use it. and it still does not make my hair soft. It actually does the opposite. I'm not sure why it does not agree with my hair, but it doesn’t. I have long, thick, low porosity hair. The lotion smells nice and the other products work amazingly well for my hair.

Shipping is not good and trying to speak to someone is very difficult.

I can’t give a review because I have yet to receive my order which I should have gotten In 6- 8 business days. This has definitely discouraged me from ordering again regardless of how good the. Product may be. On top of not receiving my order yet it was very difficult to speak to anyone concerning the matter.
